Ark. Revenues Again Fall Below Predictions

The Department of Finance and Administration reported Tuesday that the state collected $313.5 million last month, which was a drop from last year's figures and below forecast.

The report says the state saw a drop in individual income, sales and corporate taxes last month.

Last month, Gov. Mike Beebe ordered a $100 million cut in the state's budget after seeing a drop in revenues. Agencies faced a Tuesday deadline to detail their proposed budget cuts.
