World's Fastest Man Adopts Animal Kingdom's Fastest Sprinter

 


Usain Bolt is sponsoring a three-month-old male cheetah as part of an effort to boost Kenyan conservation efforts.


The world record-holder in the 100 and 200 meters paid $13,700 to formally adopt the cub yesterday. The Jamaican sprinter will pay $3,000 a year to care for Lighting Bolt. T


The money will go to the Kenya Wildlife Service and will also help protect endangered species.
